My approach centers around facilitating change and growth by providing support and guidance. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment to encourage the discussion of challenging subjects and process stressors preventing us from achieving peace and happiness. My goal is to meet you where you are at while we develop a trusting relationship in which meaningful change can occur.

Using a trauma-informed approach, I act as an advocate to support individuals and families in need. I have years of experience in school settings, community agencies and private practices. I specialize in working with youth struggling with school performance and behavioral difficulties, particularly those with “acting out” behaviors, trauma, substance use, anger management, impulse control and mood disorders. Collaboratively, we will find solutions by building up protective factors and self-esteem to increase resilience.
