Service Description
Level two assumes you are developing a more trusting relationship with the pole, allowing yourself to be present and listen to your body and not overthink each move. You are comfortable taking your feet off the ground, able to execute a majority of the spins on the right and left side, and can perform a basic climb. This class focuses on various ways to climb and dismount, thigh grip tricks and a taste for inversions. In order to move on you must be able to invert without a consistent spot. *Must complete Intro and Level 1. *May be purchased as an "8 Week Series" or using a 10 of 15 pack. When using a 10 or 15 pack, 8 sessions will automatically be deducted and applied to series.
