Service Description

Level three assumes you are developing a much closer relationship to your body. You will notice you are trusting your intuition, your skin, and your body awareness continues to improve. This level we focus a lot on combining what we have already focused on in addition to inversions and dismounts. *Must complete Intro, Level 1 and Level 2 or received approval *This class can be a drop in or a series. If you plan to continue to the next level then completing as a series is recommended and approval is required.
